I Can Do All Things Through Christ

Philippians 4:13

 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me

 

Show me the way Lord when the going gets rough.

Show me the way Lord when I don’t care enough.

Show me the way Lord, how to love those I hate,

Show me the way before it’s too late!

 

I don’t know how Lord, to care for the sick.

There seems no job Lord, for which I am fit.

But you tell me I’m useful, if I yield to your love.

I can be moulded like my hand in a glove.

 

Help me to see Lord what you want for me;

To cast off the chains of sin and be free.

I know I am weak, Lord, and that may be the key:

For from this position, you grant humility.

 

 

 

I thank you for the blood Lord, shed on Calvary.

I thank you for the pain and hurt that you suffered for me;

But mostly I thank you for the assurance this love brings

And the knowledge that through Jesus I can do all things.
